PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law in case of any dispute or conflict in interpreting the terms of this legal notice, as well as for any other question related to the services of this website, will be Spanish law.

For the resolution of any conflict that may occasionally arise on accessing the website or in using the services that it may offer, TECNIVIAL and the User, agree to be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the country of the User, so long as this is within Spanish territory and the User is a consumer. Contrary to this, they will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Guadalajara, Spain.
