As prescribed in the GDPR and the LOPD-gdd, the referral or sending, by the User, of personal data (data relating to identified or identifiable persons) through the website and any post-processing on our part, will be considered as a data processing activity. The personal data that is processed by TECNIVIAL comes from the various forms appearing on the website (such as, the contact form, registration form).
TECNIVIAL guarantees the User that it will implement technical and organisational security measures that are appropriate for processing said data, with the aim of maintaining privacy for the information.

The User is informed, that to be able to provide the services properly (being visible, web hosting, support, email marketing, etc.), the various service providers contracted by TECNIVIAL (those with responsibility for processing) will be able to access the personal data needed to carry out their functions.
Those services supplied by third parties are necessary for TECNIVIAL to conduct its business activities and, at all times, the data processing it carries out is governed by a contract binding the processor to TECNIVIAL. In no case will they use the information for other purposes, and they will process it in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by TECNIVIAL, as well as with the current regulations for data protection.
TECNIVIAL, is committed to privacy and User data protection, so it will only choose service suppliers who offer enough guarantees that they apply appropriate organisational and technical measures for the data to be processed in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation, and who guarantee that the User’s rights are protected.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible and, in any case, within one month from receipt of your request. This time may be extended to another 2 months where necessary, to allow for the complexity and number of requests. The person responsible will inform the interested party of the extension within one month from the request.

The interested party has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without it affecting the legality of prior processing on the basis of consent already having been given before its withdrawal.
