As prescribed in the GDPR and the LOPD-gdd, the referral or sending, by the User, of personal data (data relating to identified or identifiable persons) through the website and any post-processing on our part, will be considered as a data processing activity. The personal data that is processed by TECNIVIAL comes from the various forms appearing on the website (such as, the contact form, registration form).
TECNIVIAL guarantees the User that it will implement technical and organisational security measures that are appropriate for processing said data, with the aim of maintaining privacy for the information.
- Purpose of processing and legitimation
2.1. Why do we process your data?
In TECNIVIAL we process the data gathered through the various forms on the website with the purpose of:
- Managing, studying and resolving queries relating to the information included on the website and/or about services; for the processing of data, legal texts, claims, as well as any other questions.
- Managing and registering the User with TECNIVIAL.
The interested person will be the only party responsible for forms completed with data that is, false, incorrect, incomplete or not current, exonerating TECNIVIAL from any responsibility in this respect. The Users guarantee and take responsibility for, in any case, the correctness, validity, authenticity of the personal data supplied and undertake to keep it up to date.

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent.
We process your data on the basis of your express consent, this permits us to request the data from you through forms on the website and for you to check the Privacy Policy acceptance box.
2.3. Is it necessary for you to give us all your data? What happens if you do not give us all the data?
Yes, it is necessary for you to give us all the data we request. Where you do not give us all the data we request, we will not be able to respond to your request appropriately.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the User does not request its deletion.

3.1. Will we transfer your data to other companies?
TECNIVIAL will not transfer your data to any third party, except for in those cases that have been legally envisaged.
The User is informed, that to be able to provide the services properly (being visible, web hosting, support, email marketing, etc.), the various service providers contracted by TECNIVIAL (those with responsibility for processing) will be able to access the personal data needed to carry out their functions.
Those services supplied by third parties are necessary for TECNIVIAL to conduct its business activities and, at all times, the data processing it carries out is governed by a contract binding the processor to TECNIVIAL. In no case will they use the information for other purposes, and they will process it in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by TECNIVIAL, as well as with the current regulations for data protection.
TECNIVIAL, is committed to privacy and User data protection, so it will only choose service suppliers who offer enough guarantees that they apply appropriate organisational and technical measures for the data to be processed in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation, and who guarantee that the User’s rights are protected.

5.1. What rights are protected with regards to processing your data?
Any interested party has the right to confirm whether TECNIVIAL is, or is not, processing personal data that concerns them.
Additionally, as provided for in GDPR (Arts. 15-22) and the LOPD-gdd (Arts. 12-18), please note that you have the following rights:
- To access your data: you have the right to access your data to find out what personal data we are processing that may concern you.
- To request correction or deletion of your data: in certain circumstances, you have the right to correct any inaccurate personal data relating to you that may be the subject of processing on our part or/ and, to ask us to delete it when, among other reasons, the data is not needed for the reasons it was initially collected.
- To request restriction of your data: in certain circumstances, you will have the right to restrict the processing of your data, in which case we confirm that we will only keep your data to exercise or defend against claims as provided for in GDPR and LOPD-gdd.
- To the portability of your data: in certain circumstances, you will have the right to obtain any personal data that is relevant to you, and that you may have provided us with, in a structured machine-readable format for general usage and to transfer it to another processor.
- To object to your data being processed: in certain circumstances and for reasons related to your personal situation, you will have the right to object to your data being processed, in which case we would stop processing your data except for compelling legitimate reasons, or to exercise or defend against possible claims.
5.2. When will we respond to your request?
We will respond to your request as quickly as possible and, in any case, within one month from receipt of your request. This time may be extended to another 2 months where necessary, to allow for the complexity and number of requests. The person responsible will inform the interested party of the extension within one month from the request.
5.3. Do you have the right to withdraw your consent?
The interested party has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without it affecting the legality of prior processing on the basis of consent already having been given before its withdrawal.
5.4. Where should you go to exercise your rights?

5.5. Do you have the right to make a claim?
Yes. You, have the right to make a claim before the national control authority, especially when you may not be fully satisfied after exercising your rights. To this end, you should contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

As a User, you declare that you have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, that you accept and consent to their processing by TECNIVIAL, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
