The maximum period for any claim is 24 hours from the receipt of the goods. It is important to check the goods received within this period since, after 24 first hours, TECNIVIAL will not be responsible for any type of claim.

It is advisable to note ‘pending verification’ on the delivery note or to note any damage observed as otherwise, the goods will be deemed to have been approved by the customer.
