How does the “Day&Night” device work?
- Use solar cells to charge a capacitor that powers the device.
- The warning device features a microphone/transducer that detects and reacts to the light and noise of approaching vehicles or trains (even in the presence of electric vehicles). This helps prevent accidents at any time of day or night, as well as during dusk or dawn.
- A whistle is activated and simultaneously, blue and red LED flashes. To prevent the animals from getting used to it, the whistle sound varies after each activaction.
- After the warning signals are activated, the device is silenced for 20 seconds.
Two versions to suit your needs
The ‘Day&Night’ Wildlife Warning Device is available in 2 versions (it can be combined depending on the environment):
- With radio (blanck cover): they transmit a warning signal to the nearest warning device and are particularly effective on curvy roads or in the forest.
- Without radio (white cover): suitable for straight routes.
Assembly
- They are mounted on the marker posts along the route to be secured.
- Suitable for both roads and railway lines.
- Can be integrated into existing elements.
